This Cookie Policy explains how PandaSuite uses cookies and similar technologies on pandasuite.com and related web services. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
Introduction
We use a limited set of technologies to run the website, keep it secure and remember your choices. We measure how the site is used with PostHog, and what we measure depends on the choice you make in the cookie banner:
- Before you choose: the same as if you had declined (below). The banner stays until you choose.
- If you decline: we only measure the audience, anonymously: pages viewed, time spent, scrolling, clicks and load speed, without any cookie, storage or identifier on your device.
- If you accept: PostHog sets a cookie that lets us understand how the site is used, spot and fix bugs (including by reviewing some visits, with what you type in forms masked), test new features and show you short surveys. If you later create an account, this information may be linked to it so we know how you found PandaSuite and can tailor how we keep in touch with you.
The table below lists what this website stores on your device and which third parties may do so. We use no advertising tracker and do not sell your data.
What Are Cookies?

- Third-party content: players and widgets from other companies (for example YouTube or Vimeo), which load only when you ask for them and then apply their own policy.
- Advertising: none. We use no advertising tracker (social media pixels, ad networks, retargeting). If that changed, such tools would be listed here and require your consent before loading.

The durations and behaviours given for providers PandaSuite does not control (Cloudflare, YouTube, Vimeo, Tripetto) are those the providers document; they may change without PandaSuite's knowledge, and the provider's own policy prevails for them.
Managing Preferences
You can accept, refuse, withdraw, or change consent for non-essential cookies at any time. Changing your choice does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before the change.

If you decline or withdraw your consent, PostHog's cookies are removed and only the audience is measured, anonymously. Your choice applies to all of pandasuite.com, including your PandaSuite account, where it also decides whether your sessions may be recorded. Once you are signed in, it is saved on your account and applies on all your devices; a choice made on the website before signing in is carried over to your account when you sign in. What is measured once you are signed in is described in the Privacy Policy.
Browser Controls
Most browsers let you block cookies, delete existing cookies, or receive a warning before a cookie is stored. These controls are usually available in the privacy, security, or site data settings of your browser.

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes to our website, service providers, consent tools, legal requirements, or operational practices. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and may ask you to renew your choices.
