This Cookie Policy explains how PandaSuite uses cookies and similar technologies on pandasuite.com and related web services. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
Introduction
We use a limited set of technologies to run the website, keep it secure and remember your choices. We measure how the site and your account are used with PostHog. On the public website, what we measure depends on the choice you make in the cookie banner:
- Before you choose: the same as if you had declined (below). The banner stays until you choose.
- If you decline: we only measure the audience, anonymously: pages viewed, time spent, scrolling, clicks and load speed. We set or read nothing on your device: no cookie, no storage, no identifier.
- If you accept: PostHog sets a cookie that lets us understand how the site is used, spot and fix bugs (including by reviewing some visits, with what you type in forms masked), test new features and show you short surveys. If you later create an account, this information may be linked to it so we know how you found PandaSuite and can tailor how we keep in touch with you.
In your account (the dashboard and the editor), we measure how you use the service so that we can run it, fix bugs, support you and improve it. For this, a PostHog measurement cookie is set when you sign in, whether you have accepted cookies or not, and removed when you sign out. We may also show you short surveys. Your choice in the banner covers session recording and detailed capture of your clicks and mouse movements. None of this happens without your consent, and none of it happens in the editor.
The table below lists what this website stores on your device and which third parties may do so. We use no advertising tracker and do not sell your data.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by a website. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, and scripts that allow a website or service provider to recognize a browser, remember a preference, secure a request, or measure activity.
Some cookies are set directly by PandaSuite. Others may be set by service providers that help us deliver, protect, or improve the service.
Cookie Categories
We group cookies and similar technologies into the following categories:
- Necessary: required to operate the website, deliver pages, protect the service, remember cookie choices, and maintain basic navigation state.
- Measurement / experience: on the public website, with your consent, PostHog cookies let us understand how the site is used, fix bugs, test new features and run short surveys; if you create an account, they also tell us how you found PandaSuite. Without consent, the audience is measured anonymously, as described above. In your account, the same cookie measures your use of the service from the moment you sign in (see above).
- Third-party content: players and widgets from other companies (for example YouTube or Vimeo), which load only when you ask for them and then apply their own policy.
- Advertising: none. We use no advertising tracker (social media pixels, ad networks, retargeting). If that changed, such tools would be listed here and require your consent before loading.

The durations and behaviours given for providers PandaSuite does not control (Cloudflare, YouTube, Vimeo, Tripetto) are those the providers document; they may change without PandaSuite's knowledge, and the provider's own policy prevails for them.
Managing Preferences
You can accept, refuse, withdraw, or change consent for non-essential cookies at any time. Changing your choice does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before the change.
Use the button below, or the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer of every page, to reopen the cookie banner. On the public website, if you decline, PostHog's measurement cookie is neither set nor read, and only the audience is measured, anonymously; if you withdraw your consent, the website stops using PostHog's cookies and removes those it was using. Your choice applies to all of pandasuite.com, including your PandaSuite account, where it covers session recording and detailed capture of your clicks and mouse movements; the account's measurement cookie itself does not depend on it (see the introduction). Once you are signed in, your choice is saved on your account and applies on all your devices; a choice made on the website before signing in is carried over to your account when you sign in. What is measured once you are signed in is described in the Privacy Policy.
Browser Controls
Most browsers let you block cookies, delete existing cookies, or receive a warning before a cookie is stored. These controls are usually available in the privacy, security, or site data settings of your browser.
Browser settings apply to the browser and device you use. If you use another browser, another device, private browsing, or clear site data, you may need to set your preferences again. Blocking necessary cookies may affect core website functions.
Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes to our website, service providers, consent tools, legal requirements, or operational practices. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and may ask you to renew your choices.
