The Welcome App is a web app designed to enhance visitors’ experience at the Lille Grand Palais by providing centralized access to a variety of essential information and services.  
Deployed on-site using QR codes, this app makes it easy for users to navigate and explore the local area and attractions through its numerous features.

Among the tools available to users, the Welcome App includes:
- An indoor navigation app to facilitate navigation within the immense building of the Lille Grand Palais
- A gateway to interactive tourist guides
- Direct links to public transportation routes
- Real-time updates on traffic information for nearby SNCF train stations
- Information on access and security measures in place
- A satisfaction survey, enabling the Lille Grand Palais team to continuously improve the service offered
- A compilation of helpful numbers
- Direct access to the agenda of Lille Grand Palais and the programming of the Zénith de Lille.
