The Val d’Oise Departmental Council needed a simple, engaging way to present both the local area and the institution to a wide range of audiences. The format had to be both playful and practical—suitable for students, visitors, clients, and international delegations—and accessible on mobile as well as online.

“My Val d’Oise” was built with PandaSuite as a public-facing discovery app designed for fast onboarding and easy exploration. The experience is available in four languages (French, English, Chinese, and Japanese) to support international use cases.

The app could be downloaded from the App Store and was also accessible from the Departmental Council’s website, ensuring a smooth experience regardless of the entry point.
