JLL wanted to provide better support for their sales team during prospecting meetings. The challenge was to present a message truly centered on each client’s needs while giving sales representatives quick access to essential information. Existing materials were too static, making it difficult to personalize the conversation or effectively showcase JLL’s expertise during on-site meetings.

Solution
